A multidisciplinary team experienced in epidemiological, toxicological, epigenetic, and nutritional research. The project consortium includes 13 collaborators – researchers (1 medical doctor, 2 mag. of obstetrics, 4 chemists, 1 medical biochemist, 3 food biotechnologists, 1 statistician, and 1 mag. of forensics) from four institutions (IMROH, University Hospital ”Sisters of Charity”, University of Zagreb School of Medicine, and Institute for Anthropological Research). Such a multidisciplinary team enables the successful implementation of the project proposal by applying previous experiences in epidemiological, toxicological, epigenetic, and nutritional research. The project team includes three scientific advisors who will support the project leader and the entire research team, with their experience and knowledge, in the successful implementation of all activities provided in this project proposal.
