On 10 Apr 2024, Dr Tijana Mili\u0107evi\u0107, Research Associate Professor, Institute of Physics University of Belgrade, gave a lecture entitled “Bioaccessibility of contaminants and human health risk assessment \u2013 imperatives for mitigating the pollution in agricultural areas” within the Webinar of COST Action CA21134 \u201cTowards zer0 pesticide agriculture: European network for sustainability (T0P-AGRI-Network)\u201d. Dr Mili\u0107evi\u0107 presented the methodology using in the bioaccessibility assessment of pesticides and toxic metals and human health risk assessment. Dr. Mili\u0107evi\u0107 also highlighted her scientific collaboration with the IMI research group under the leadership of Dr. Snje\u017eana Herceg Romani\u0107, which has resulted in publications focusing on the assessment of human health risks based on indirect exposure to water and the consumption of fish from the Adriatic Sea.
