For the twentieth consecutive year, awards of the national L\u2019Or\u00e9al-UNESCO For Women in Science program \u201cFor Women in Science\u201d were presented, and one of this year\u2019s recipients is Nikolina Ra\u010di\u0107, an employee of the Division of Environmental Hygiene. The national \u201cFor Women in Science\u201d program is jointly implemented by L’Or\u00e9al Adria and the Croatian Commission for UNESCO at the Ministry of Culture and Media, under the patronage of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts and the Rectors’ Conference of the Republic of Croatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The awards were presented to the scientists at a ceremony held on 5 May 2026 at the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb by the envoy of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Nina Obuljen Kor\u017einek, Minister of Culture and Media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Monday, 11 May, the award recipients appeared on the TV program Dobro jutro Hrvatska, where they shared their experiences and future plans in scientific research.
