From August 31 to September 5, 2025, the international conference \u201cEAC 2025 \u2013 European Aerosol Conference<\/strong>\u201d was held in Lecce, Italy, organized by the Italian Aerosol Society (IAS) under the high patronage of the European Aerosol Assembly (EAA). The conference brought together participants from all over the world to share their research and experiences in the field of aerosol science, aiming to connect scientists, engineers, researchers, companies, institutions, and users involved in studying the scientific, technological, and social aspects of aerosols\u2014their effects, measurement, and characterization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event featured 5 plenary lectures, over 350 presentations (including invited talks, participant, and exhibitor presentations), 3 poster sessions with more than 175 posters each day and twelve working meetings of various organizations and working groups within the EAA, open to public participation. Five project associates from the Division of Environmental Hygiene participated in the conference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
