The 20th Ru\u017ei\u010dka Days “Today Science \u2013 Tomorrow Industry” is an international scientific-expert conference traditionally held in Vukovar, in memory of the distinguished Croatian scientist and Nobel laureate Leopold (Lavoslav) Ru\u017ei\u010dka. The conference is organized by the Croatian Society of Chemical Engineers and Technologists (HDKI) and the Faculty of Food Technology, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek (PTFOS), with co-organization from the European Chemical Society (EuChemS) and the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG). Ru\u017ei\u010dka Days is an interdisciplinary conference aimed at promoting excellence in scientific and professional research, with an emphasis on the application of the latest scientific results and professional achievements.
