From July 3 to 4, 2024,  an international conference titled “9th International Symposium on Ultrafine Particles – Air Quality and Climate 2024” was held in Brussels, Belgium. The conference was organized by the EFCA – European Federation of Clean Air and Environmental Protection Associations and KIT – Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. The presentations covered a wide range of topics, such as the interaction of ultrafine particles (UFP) and air quality, recent discoveries, hypotheses, monitoring results, exposure assessment, and the impact of ultrafine particles on human health. The conference was attended by Ivana Jakovljevi\u0107, Nikolina Ra\u010di\u0107, Suzana Sop\u010di\u0107, and Gordana Pehnec, who also delivered the opening speech as the president of the European EFCA association. The research results from the EnvironPollutHeath project were presented in an oral presentation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
