Organized by the Department of Ecology, Agronomy, and Aquaculture of the University of Zadar, the Marine Educational Center Association of Pula, Aquarium Pula, and the Ruđer Bošković Institute, the 5th SCIENTIFIC-EXPERT CONFERENCE on Climate Change and the Preservation of Marine Ecosystems of the Adriatic Sea, with international participation, was held. The main topic was an interdisciplinary approach to considering adaptations, measures, and best practices in addressing issues caused by climate change. The conference took place at the University of Zadar, Mihovila Pavlinovića Street 1, from September 26 to 29, 2024.
Snježana Herceg Romanić and Tijana Milićević participated in the conference and presented research results as part of the EnvironPollutHealth project through three poster presentations. Tijana Milićević won the award for the best poster at the conference for her poster titled “Health risks and benefits of consuming Adriatic pelagic fish”
