The 20th Ružička Days “Today Science – Tomorrow Industry” is an international scientific-expert conference traditionally held in Vukovar, in memory of the distinguished Croatian scientist and Nobel laureate Leopold (Lavoslav) Ružička. The conference is organized by the Croatian Society of Chemical Engineers and Technologists (HDKI) and the Faculty of Food Technology, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek (PTFOS), with co-organization from the European Chemical Society (EuChemS) and the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG). Ružička Days is an interdisciplinary conference aimed at promoting excellence in scientific and professional research, with an emphasis on the application of the latest scientific results and professional achievements. Tajana Horvat, Nikolina Račić, and Suzana Sopčić participated in the conference and presented the results of their research within the EnvironPollutHealth project through a poster presentation.
