
The 5th Environmental Science School, titled “From Climate Change to AI Applications in Environmental Research,” was held at the Ruđer Bošković Institute from November 25 to 27, 2024. For several years, this school has brought together experts and doctoral students in the fields of natural and biotechnical sciences. This year’s lectures focused on climate change and its impact on various components of the environment, the role of artificial intelligence in science particularly in environmental research and the application of AI tools in scientific studies, as well as the responsibility associated with their use.
